At Adapt To Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't fit your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to complete the process.
